The AI intelligent imaging system is an intelligent video surveillance device specially developed and designed for special engineering equipment such as forklifts.
It uses AI artificial intelligence technology to detect dangerous conditions in the working area in real time and provide warnings. Once someone enters the dangerous area, the driver can receive dynamic anti-collision warnings, which helps to improve the safety of engineering vehicle operations.
As shown in the diagram on the left: ADAS cameras are installed separately on the front and rear of the forklift roof, combined with deep learning algorithms to complete machine vision recognition.
The cameras are installed on the front and rear of the vehicle's overhead guard for 190° video monitoring, while solving the blind spots in two dimensions. Active pedestrian monitoring images and sound warnings can be added according to different distances from the vehicle. When pedestrians enter the dangerous area, the forklift shutdown and parking controller can be (optional) to control the forklift to shut down and stop. This product is an assisted driving system, and the driver should always abide by safe driving rules and make correct judgments and operations.
The AI Solution has been tested to give around 98% accuracy of 10m including in lower light and challenging conditions for pedestrian identification, with a less accuracy from 10m to 20m.

The camera base fits snugly against the overhead guardrail, that the camera is level and can be moved downward from horizontal. The camera can be mounted upward or downward. the camera bracket is secured with screws.
